The application package for the New Jersey IOLTA Discretionary Grant program for the year 2025 is now available on our website. The deadline for submission is Friday, August 16, 2024. Applicants must upload their package via our secure grantee portal by this date. New users should contact us for instructions and a password. Please refrain from mailing the application through USPS or any other delivery service. We do not accept hand-delivered applications. Submissions after the deadline will not be considered.
At this time, the total funds available for the 2025 grant pool cannot be determined, as it is contingent on the interest accrued from attorney trust account balances. More details will be provided alongside the application.
